if you're in-hospital, it's generally way too late for vitamins - you're supposed to be taking those beforehand.

I don't understand why anyone would wait and insist a hospital give I/HCQ. If that's a plan A, aren't people supposed to be taking that before they get to the hospital stage to prevent getting to the hospital stage? Seems backwards to me and it's generally also too late.
