When I was farming I administered roughly 4,200 doses of Ivermectin to my sheep, lambs, and pigs. In handing syringes and wrestling that many animals to treat them I was stuck with enough ivermectin, hoof rot bacterium, rabies, tetanus, and clostridium, to fully vaccinate a dozen times. It never bothered me much. My wife had a parasitic infection that wouldn't clear up for months. She finally gave herself an ivermectin dose to her body weight from the swine formulation and her infection cleared up in two days.

Ivermectin is an anilthemic. It functions by paralyzing parasites ability to multiply or increase load inside your body. Left to your bodies own mechanisms to shed them without multiplying. It's like birth control for invading hosts inside of you.

LOL. Same experience, just with goats. Since ivermectin is also absorbed through the skin, there is no telling how much my husband and I absorbed through the years. So far, neither he nor I have become sick with the virus.

Though the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved ivermectin to treat people with conditions caused by parasitic worms and external parasites like head lice, the FDA warns that the forms of ivermectin used to treat animals are not the same product.
