Hospitalizations and deaths are already above the winter peak in several southern states
Mandatory jab requirements (or planned future requirements) are scaring away the medical professionals and reducing staff levels.
If they can make it work they can retire early, take some time off and wait for the fever about the fever to subside, or temporarily or permanently work elsewhere (including labs).
“Hospitalizations and deaths are already above the winter peak in several southern states”
In states like Oregon, too. But that begs the question.
Checked on this, only Mississippi and Louisiana fit you comments. Case are up on many southern states but not deaths.
No they are not despite what media is telling you. Ask your state for the data (public information that they no longer publish) . I checked numbers in my state for past 10 weeks and compared them to same time last year. Cases are up (good I say- let’s move this along) but hospitalizations are NOT more than last year AND deaths are WAY down. It’s all fear mongering and lies to pressure people to submit. Ask your state for all reports from daily dashboards for June July and August last year and June July August this year and you’ll see- just make sure for last August you only count the data through today, ie compare same days last August to same days data is available for this August
