Okay, as a query expert, I'm going to give you guys a Pro Tip.
Search for a single unique word in the title - not too short [three letter words appear to break Title search] - not the whole fricking title.
The vagaries of Entire Title Match [I won't get into it] is what is throwing off your "title searches".
I usually do a double search - first on single Title word that looks like it will fish up a duplicate article, then a Ctrl-F find on the main page and then the next page down.
