I have referred to him as Joke™️ for the last 2 years. He’s lived up to his name every freaking day.
He was the dumbest man in The Senate...
He became the dumbest man to ever serve as Vice President....
And now he's the dumbest man to ever be President, and is utterly incapable of doing the job.
