What a bonanza for the Taliban. What a disaster for us. No way the Taliban don’t allow this to continue. Within a week we’ll have a Mariel boat lift style op straight out of Kabul. Paid for by Uncle Sam of course.
Of course the Taliban will let it continue. They’ll apply just enough pressure to keep the sense of urgency. Meanwhile, they are rushing every one of their fighters that knows even a smattering of English to Kabul to mix into the refugee stream.
Notice how the State Department evacuated the Embassy personnel (and their friends, pets, luggage, furniture, tea sets, etc.) first then said Americans weren’t a priority.
