Biden will return to Camp David to vacation while Kabul burns... We don't permit minimum wage workers, much less presidents, to bail on their jobs before 4 p.m. on a Monday. If the commander in chief cannot or will not do his job, the Cabinet should consider invoking the final section of the 25th Amendment and compelling Biden's removal from office, either by resignation or by force.

In the military this was termed Dereliction of Duty. And yes, the cabinet can remove Joe, but if Joe doesn't go along it will take 2/3 votes in both houses of Congress to make him.

A Cabinet made up of Dem apparatchiks is not going to do anything against a sitting Dem president. We can expect no action via that avenue.
