Chinese State Media Says Afghanistan a Lesson for Taiwan on How U.S. Abandons Allies

Yeah, interesting reply there, it seems we've been wargaming a what-if here and I've said what I would do if I was one of those nations or part of that group. In addition, I'd try to reach out to France or the UK, especially the latter with Australia involved. I've read some stories where France and the UK had SLBM subs in the Pacific and that raised the hackles of Red China. I know they might not have the clout the USA has or had, but even with only a couple hundred nukes, France and the UK can still ruin Red China's (or Russia's) day. (Or even us) I like the idea of targeting the palace, if any American is harmed because of them, I'd either have a Minuteman missile ready to go or send in a B-52 with the biggest gravity bomb nuke we have. (an SLBM will work too) I like the painted balloon idea, there is a story where Israel did the same thing to Egypt in the 1973 War where they flew an F-4 and dropped a paint bomb on the Aswan High Dam.

I've gone Galt in a way and right now, I Door Dash for a living. Tuesdays suck so I'm home now just catching up on things here at home. Digressing, I'm listening to a speech JFK made at Fort Worth Texas on the morning of November 22nd, 1963. It brought tears to my eyes, he brought upon the importance of Texas when it comes to industry, science, research, defense, space and the petroleum industry. He hammered home the importance of defense and singled Texas out where the B-58 Hustler and F-111 (TFX) were and are being developed as well as the importance of conquering space. Of course, JFK was a Democrat but although I love Barry Goldwater to bits, I would still feel safe and confident in JFK as a leader of our country. JFK would be a Republican today. It sickens me how far we have fallen.

I lost Mom in 2013 but the year before with Obama winning a second term, she was watching Andy Williams and cried and said that, "she misses the world of Andy Williams." She would have loved President Trump's 4 years but she would be very sadden and angry from the 2020 election on. I know she is in a better place but I know she still sees what's going on.

We are not trusted in the world and at home anymore. Heck, I don't trust us.
