He pretty much took all the heat for everything on the guise of getting out troops out of a war. He fell back on having learned the “Lessons of Vietnam” and said “the buck stops here.” Said he was willing to take the criticism, but that he really didn’t care.

Then towards the end he claimed he had campaigned on withdrawing troops from Afghanistan, and he was honoring his CAMPAIGN PROMISE he further went on how he was not going to do what the past Presidents have done.
