The logical flaw is that the researcher assumes that positive coverage of Russia is bad. Why so? Compared to other enemies of the USA, how bad are the actions of Russia? They don’t want globalism in their domestic political life. That is considered bad by the left. They support the El Assad regime in Syria, which was a stable and by regional standards fairly progressive government that globalists decided needed to be ruined. That actually does sound “balanced and rational” which is supposed to be disinformation.

I think the whole Russia rabbit hole is a diversion so people won’t notice what globalists themselves are up to, and where it all leads. The least of our problems in the modern world is Russia. I am no huge fan of Putin and they should terminate their aggressions in Ukraine especially if they can get a reasonable outcome to the Crimea occupation. But their domestic politics are none of our concern really, and when compared to China or Saudi Arabia, Iran or Pakistan, I would say Russia is miles ahead.
