The Nazis slaughtered an estimated 2.2 million Belarusians. Belarus lost an estimated two out of four of their population.
Hitler hated Slavs just as much as Jews.
Poles are Slavs. But Westerners tend to ignore the Belarusian Holocaust because they were a part of the hated Soviet Union.
I recommend the 1985 Soviet film “Come And See”. The screenwriter fought with the Belarusian Partisans and the film is based on real events, although the main character was fictional.
Warning: The film is extremely hard to watch. What the Nazis did to the Belarusians was atrocious.
I was 8 when we visited Treblinka in the early 60's.The rails to the ovens were still in place, rusted and there were ashes all around.

SOME TIME IN THE 1950’S (I THINK) THEY WERE NOTIFIED THAT THEY WERE ELIGIBLE FOR CASH PAYMENTS FROM THE WEST GERMAN GOVERNMENT AS REPARATIONS FOR THE LOSS OF THEIR FAMILIES DURING WWII. MY PARENTS ASKED THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT HOW MUCH WERE THEIR FAMILIES WORTH? HOW MUCH FOR A GRAND PARENT? A FATHER? A MOTHER? A SIBLING? AN AUNT? UNCLE? COUSIN?
THEN THEY TOLD THE GERMANS TO TAKE THEIR MONEY AND SHOVE IT.
THEY NEVER ACCEPTED A DIME, UNLIKE THE MAJORITY OF ELIGIBLE SURVIVORS.
I WAS VERY PROUD OF THEM. VERY PROUD OF THEIR INTEGRITY.
AS AN ASIDE, MY FATHER DIDN’T SPEAK ENGLISH THE DAY HE SET FOOT ON AMERICAN SOIL, BUT HE WENT OUT AND EARNED FIVE DOLLARS THAT DAY. A FAIR AMOUNT OF MONEY IN 1948.
HE ENDED HIS DAYS IN A PENTHOUSE.
IT WAS INCONCEIVABLE TO HIM THAT ANYONE WOULD GET SOMETHING WITH OUT WORK. EVEN THIEVES WORKED!
HE WAS AN IMMIGRANT WHO PROSPERED BY HARD WORK IN
THE AMERICA THAT THE DEMOCRATS DESTROYED.

A friend of mine, Laura Deckelman, now deceased, wrote a book with the title The Final Solution is Life, the autobiography of a Chassidic Rebbe who went through the horrors of the camps and survived, his faith strengthened by his experiences.

I’ve listened to megaphone jockies in lower Manhattan demanding reparations for slavery. No respect for that. Frederick Douglas was a slave. So was Booker T. Washington. They never asked for a dime of reparations. F@#$ these young punks. They want to milk slavery for their own nefarious purposes.

Stalin made sure that when the backlash came for collectivization of the Ukraine and persecution of the “Kulaks,” it would be directed against Jooos!, whom he sent to do the dirty work in that campaign. So Ukrainians took the bait and welcomed Hitler as their liberator, and then it was payback time for the Jooos! When the Ukrainians noticed that the Germans were enslaving and mistreating Ukrainians, too, down to stealing their rich topsoil in trainloads, in came the Red Army, and Ukrainians greeted them as liberating heroes, too. Win/Win for Joseph Stalin and his cronies, who also ordered Jewish partisan groups to be liquidated.
