I’m sure it’s more about trust and vetting people. How do you know the local person you hire is not thief, rapist or child pedo or deranged and ejaculate in your food while no one is watching??
As other have mentioned when you make $50 million a picture wnhat a few extra salaries?
Seems like more work to have to interview local people for the job.
