Agree 100%. Before you release a bio-weapon you should have a vaccine for it to protect your military and important civilians.

They didn't reach the successful vaccine stage, and that is why I feel it was an accidental escape.- Tom

The Left went into overdrive when Hillary lost and they had to prevent the backtracking to the freedoms that Trump had promised to bring back? Not accidental, but planned.
