I certainly don't disagree about Griswold, but while Peters was right here, it won't matter in the end. The 2020 election will NOT be overturned in any way, shape or form.
As for Peters, well, I expect her resignation soon. The Mesa County Commissioners are livid right now over the fact that they now have to replace over a quarter million dollars (estimated) of election machines within the month. Our Commissioners are all fairly Conservative, so the punishment for Peters will be coming from both sides.
We are in uncharted waters re determinative election fraud in a Presidential election. Decertification of electors is a real possibility in states like AZ, GA, PA, WI, and MI.
The best course of action for future elections is to go to full paper ballots. No machines. This is the goal of the full forensic audit for all 50 states movement. I have no idea if CO allows counties to decide their method of voting.
Why do the machines need to be replaced? The software is where most of the problems are. The modems need to be removed from all the machines.
