There is no such thing as infrastructure anymore.
The money goes to corrupt “planning” efforts that produce millions of pages of reports, thousands of blueprints, truck-loads full of permits, thousand of lawsuits etc etc etc.
Do blacks REALLY care about global warming? They should stick to civil rights. I see no Wakanda on the horizon.
