Schools back in classroom session , young folks advised to wear masks when can . Hopefully, they will NOT renew the secondary tests upon arrival. Everybody hated those . Mandates coming for State workers to be vaccinated , but no other mandates , so far. Delta has people freaked out. Hospitals are filling up with a shortage of nurses. Any nurses who want to relocate to Hawaii have a meal ticket ready
