That was from before the FDA was even founded and started regulating vaccines. There has never been a government mandate, or any court case authorizing a government mandate that private individuals must take an experimental medical treatment not approved by the FDA.
If you are really in the healthcare industry, surely you know this? It’s required information to disclose to everyone who receives an experimental treatment that these can’t be compelled and must be taken voluntarily.
