Why even have legislatures?
They don’t seem to be worth a bucket of warm piss at this point. The executive and judiciary seems to want to fight it out on whose running the country.
A judge ordered taxes on my Directv bill a few years back without the legislatures approval because they taxed the cable companies. I asked my representative when did they approve the Directv tax? We didn’t he said. I said then who did? A judge he replied. Ok so when did a judge get to levy taxes under our state I thought that was the sole purview of the legislature?
