Did the governor order that, even for private employers in the entire industry you worked in? Even the fact that these dictats are coming from the governors who are STILL bypassing the legislature under phony baloney “emergency powers”, 15 months into an “emergency” when the legislature has constantly been meeting and passing laws is something no actual conservative would defend. Conservatives don’t support rule by dictat. We have a different name for that kind of political philosophy.

Sure, but those are just a response to infringements that no conservative should ever be supporting, whether you are provax or not. Your argument is the equivalent of a Republican in the 1850s saying: “but there are states that outlaw slavery already!”
