What Russian military? Show me any reputable source ever confirmed the presence of regular Russian forces in the East Ukraine. BBC, CNN, ‘reality journalists’, anonymous sources in ‘intelligence community’ don’t count.

Currently the violence is the Ukrainian artillery shelling the civilian neighborhood to draw counter-battery fire. Look at the casualty reports. From the Ukrainian side it is exclusively the reports of military casualties. From DNR it is the cities and towns shelled, homes destroyed, women and children killed.
The Ukrainians are doing it to claim the violation of Article 1 of Minsk accords as an alleged obstacle to implement the rest.
