How is that a threat? Don't they have 50 votes in the Senate?
Yeah let’s raise the limit. Geez.
Romney is jumping up and down to help.
Here it is again... it never gets old.

we'll see.
He’s so butch when he acts tough.
Maybe Cocaine Mitch knows how Manchin or Sinema would vote already?
Yeah, but good ol' Mitch is down for voting YES on this infrastructure catastrophe bill for the U.S. So he wants to drive up spending to a non-sustainable level for every kind of Dimmocommie libtard wild haired wet dream, but he doesn't want to raise the debt ceiling (which would give them the firm green light to just hurry up and spend the U.S. into collapse)?
But they need ten Republicans to get closure and have a vote.
Saw it...

The midterms are coming up. It’s all about timing. If every Democrat votes to raise the limit and zero GOP-er’s vote to raise the limit, then the GOP has a significant argument that they’re the party of fiscal responsibility and the Democrats are trying to bury (let’s see, our great, great, great, great?) grandchildren in debt. I suspect, though, it’ll be a “bipartisan” effort, as Congress has NEVER refused to raise the debt limit. The GOP tried once, and it cost them dearly in the next election.
Doesn’t he usually only act tough after it’s a moot point/done deal?
I can literally feel my BP going up..makes me sick!
You think fiscal responsibility will have any play in the upcoming elections in 2022? I don’t. Americans have shown themselves to be either stupid, willing to let elections be stolen, or both.
“’Find 50 Democratic Votes’”
They’ll just find a judge.
Midterm elections are next year.
He grew a pair. That is not the natural state of Mitch. He used Rogaine or something. But that does not make him a man. He’s still Mitch. I’m thankful to him for at least refusing to help raise the debt ceiling. You must positively re-enforce the occasional show of backbone, bearing in mind that at the end of the day, he’s still Mitch.
