Folks in Albany would know this for sure.
His nickname when he was HUD Secretary in DC was “the undertaker” due to his hostile personality and his mob connections.
The timeline is that a year ago Trump was in the White House.
For what its worth, a friend of mine is in administration at the SUNY university system. His boss, teachers unions reps he knows meet with Cuomo regularly. They all have given the exact same opinion of Cuomo.
