The two small greens with the longer, very skinny stems. Certainly that lower one is.
That is just a nasty looking dish -- two long prawns probably farm-raised on the Cape instead of red-state Apalachicola prawns, and some sort of mutant hush puppy.
BTW, state media touted Silverback's Birthday Bash Menu as "meat-free" lofl...
