Are people on portable beds all up and down the hallways? Are the wards packed? Is there above-usual medical waste overflowing the dumpsters? Are there lots of amber-lances (ambulances) coming and going, more than normal?
Or are the nurses twerking; the parking lots half empty; the waiting areas empty or sparse and so on?
