when a swarm of 8 to 10 minority youth dirt bike riders wearing facial covering swarmed around my car and the others stopped at the red light and went through the intersection. This is a busy thoroughfare at that tie if the day and I’m surprised no one ran them over.

But I take it as a warning of what is to come.
