So if the PCR test can’t tell the difference between a common cold and the Covid flu, how is it that the Delta Variant can be instantly identified every where it appears?

The data from Israel shows that the rise in “breakthrough infections” has less to do with the “Delta” strain than with the Delta-T since vaccinations.
