I am very familiar with the business side of nursing homes.
Half or more of the residents are funded by Medicaid, which means they do not have enough income or assets to pay for the care.
In New York state I would imagine that a majority of the residents were actually Democrats for that reason.
Remember that these are the old time “New Deal Democrats” who voted for FDR and Truman...(the average age in a nursing home is almost ninety years old these days...)
Cuomo is just a total sociopath who would kill his grandmother for five minutes more camera time.
