This certainly opens the option for lawsuits.
All personnel must be transparent with their communicable diseases and treatment progress, ALL! You just can’t cherry pick one communicable disease over another.
The control freaks have opened Pandora’s box and there is no going back.
What if you had the Virus and got better? Studies in Israel show you have 6 times the protection the jab has. It also does not fade away like the jab does.

CNN said initially it was based on the honor system, and some how they figured out these employees had not been jabbed. I suspect they were asking for the Jabbed cards at the CNN doors?
That may violate HIPAA laws to demand the card at the security check point into CNN?
Although I still think they are going to be facing a massive lawsuits. Generally in these type of lawsuits CNN will end up settling out of court.
In any event, I think CNN will lost most of their vaccinated employees in 18 months. Wait until winter hits.

I suspect a 5G China supply chain is in play.
I would not be surprised if AT&T sell them off.

I understand your underlying point of course; but no, you are incorrect when you proffer that "CNN is a private business that can choose who they associate with." This statement is simply not true ... for everyone ... not on an equitable basis anyway.
