Lots of sailors hate the Navy. Even if he did it, the fact that a bucket of rags could burn a ship down is testament to just how pathetic the Navy has become.
I was in the Navy for 6 years. If they got rid of everyone who said they hated it they couldn't man a PT boat.

Don’t forget the Iowa explosion. I believe Japan had a worship sink during WW II under mysterious circumstances that they concluded was due to one man.
Given how they are converting the navy, expect more of these events after the conversion.
Doubt they are covering for a contractor, the government would receive some money if a contractor was deemed to be at fault.

Never been around a homosexual thst didn’t have a deep seated anger just under the surface....very unhappy people. Which is kinda ironic considering their wanting to be referred to as GAY.
