His quoting clearly doesn't reflect verbatim what's in the document. It's more an amalgamation of pieces of information.

Examples:

"Violators of either section can face fines of up to $1000 and imprisonment of up to one year for each violation." is found on page 4, but he didn't quote it correctly.

Yet, “The Attorney General is authorized to file a civil action seeking preventative relief” is found on page 6, quoted correctly.

At not time did DOJ mention “organizers of election audits”.

Both quotes were incorrect AND materially false.

The entire memo was about Records Retention and Voter Intimidation and the federal penalties for it.

Disgraceful, and something no Freeper should tolerate.
