Hollow threat. Read the elections clause of the US Constitution. It plainly says that the legislature of each state makes the election laws for that state.
Considering Roberts, Kavenaugh, and Comey are all Swamp Bush loyalists SCOTUS will be happy to hear the case and make sure anyone dare to challenge our overlords will face extreme punishment. One does not simply challenge the club.

Sue Schumer. Sue them all. And keep suing. Don’t stop. Sue Maricopa County for all the aforementioned crimes. Sue the Maricopa County BoS - individually and collectively.
