Maybe Bill can give his wife another $800 million to start a project to get all of her people vaxxed. She did such a bang-up job of losing the last $800 million he gave her for a mental health project. At least one family benefited from the program. Whose mental health wouldn't improve knowing you were able to stash that much cash away, and not be held legally responsible for its disappearance?

According the the NYC Health website, 35% of Blacks, 48% of Whites, 48% of Hispanics and 76% of Asian NYC residents have received at least 1 dose of the vaccine. (This sounds amazingly low. Who knew that there were so many vaccine-hesitant Evangelicals and Trump voters in NYC?)
