Anyone can obtain a vaccination card and fill in the dates and sign it is n the back.
It’s not that hard to verify the lot and batch number to the date and location of the data on the card. So unless you made friends with some who has all that correct info it’s easy to find the fakes. The County and state health dept can and will verify by name, date, and location of vaccination if you provide them with the information first they will come back with yea that is valid or no it is not. HIPAA doesn’t apply to County and State health services. Municipal offices and state services are specifically exempted look at the link in my other post it has all the relevant information from hhs themselves. The release form you signed to get the vaccines in the first place released that information to every agency who wants it local, state, federal.
But … wouldn’t that be racist for the same reason that requiring voter ID is racist?
Ask yourself how did Canada find out the vac cards were fake? $16,000 fine each ouch and then quarantined anyways. Every state is required by the feds to keep records of the valid vaccinations Canada obviously has access to the US database. QR codes are coming to stop the printed cards bet thousands on it. How else are Americans going to be able to travel to the UK or EU whole require digital proof verifiable proof.

Your vaccine lot is linked to you in databases. It is not difficult to verify vaccine status. And people are already getting arrested for fake cards.
