In August 2020 (before the vaccine), the Fatality Rate peaked for two weeks above 8,200 per week.
In June-July 2021, the COVID Fatality Rate has been below 2,000 a week for seven consecutive weeks, based on Death Certificate totals from NCHS.
The CDC stresses that almost all the people who die are un-vaccinated - implying that a vaccination is saving thousands of lives each week.
90% of Americans over 65 years of age have been vaccinated, so it is possible that is true.
On the other hand, until the CDC gives us 2021 age group and heath data on the people who are dying today, there is no way to know that.
The lower death toll could mean that the Delta variant is weaker than the original virus.
Or, it could mean that more Americans have more potent natural immunity after having non-symptomatic COVID in the previous 18 months.
Keep in mind, CDC and CNBC live to create fake news.

And due to the admitted unreliability of the reorting of whether death ocurred with the virus or because of the virus and given the very test used to determine a china virus infection has been determined to be wholly unreliable, none of this crap is believable in the least.

I think your analysis is quite correct. The only thing I would consider is that this is the natural evolution of pandemics. Viruses become more contagious but less dangerous as it evolves.
As FLCCV states all modalities are important. In this case what we did not achieve with vaccines will be achieved through contagion. With the renewed interest in vaccination in the setting of this strain I think we will see what happened in England. A sudden and relatively impressive spike that fades quickly. And I think it will leave us with herd immunity.
All in all good news.

There yah go, the cogent point. FDA withdraws a fundamentally failed/fake test and the CDC still goes ahead with it. And, they quit counting those who have been vaxxed — wouldn’t want numbers out on how it is not a vaccine, now would you?
If we had more of this kind of exposure last year it wouldve been gone by now. Lockdowns regardless of the strain , only serve to prolong the pain. Its clear that natural immunity ,in combination with (effective) vaccines is the key to ending this and most pandemics. Its also clear at this point natural immunity is far more potent vs this virus than the “vaccine”.
