The Republican chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on Monday rejected a new subpoena from Arizona state Senate Republicans, calling their partisan ballot review an "adventure in never-never land."
"It is now August of 2021. The election of November 2020 is over," Jack Sellers, who leads the board that oversees elections in the county, wrote in a scathing letter. "If you haven't figured out that the election in Maricopa County was free, fair, and accurate yet, I'm not sure you ever will."
He added: "The reason you haven't finished your 'audit' is because you hired people who have no experience and little understanding of how professional elections are run."
State Senate Republicans, who are steering an extraordinarily partisan audit of ballots in Maricopa County, the state's most populous county, issued new demands last week for documents and dates to the Board of Supervisors and to Dominion Voting Systems, which has been the subject of far-right conspiracy theories about fraud in the presidential election.
State Senate Republicans hired Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based cybersecurity company, to conduct the audit, which grew out of Republican legislators' efforts to toss out President Joe Biden's victory in the state last year. The drawn-out review has fanned the flames of former President Donald Trump's false claims of fraud, even though the results of the election will not change.

So the reason to not audit elections is there are no experienced election audit companies.
Everyone knew the only thing these lying Communist could do in the end, was discredit and mock the results. This is very predictable and why the auditors documented and recorded everything.
Cut off their cash from the state. Strangle them until they cooperate.
Jack Sellers name should be changed to “Jack Sell-Out”.
You would think that if he were politically savy, he would want to have the audit completed, examined, and summed up as to its findings.

In forensic audits I have performed over the years, I have found that nonquants...ie upper management that do not come from the accounting, finance, actuarial or database fields are usually clueless about how their systems work. Most all frauds and thefts come as a complete and humiliating shock to those in control. Unless they are a public company, the crime is always hidden and never prosecuted.
The BoE members and their futures are ruined by this election. They may have flipped to keep their mortgages paid in the future by Soros and Sons, LLC.
Unless some people go to jail, they won’t cooperate.

He oversees elections yet he's as impartial as Hitler was. This is as bad as CNN being *moderators* in political debates. It's a colossal con job. They conducted an election, then certified it based on nothing, as there was no audit...Everyone gets audited, even lowly tax payers. I'd say this individual is acting exactly like he's guilty as hell of something.
As most of us have, I’ve known for years that we have RINO’s.
But, I must confess to some surprise that these guys are going to this extent to stop an audit that only seeks the truth. What arrogance and criminality!
It was the first forensic audit in history. Better that they take their time getting it right than rushing to meet an intended deadline. And now they have it figured out for other audits.
The legislature has the power to confiscate everything they have requested.
Seems like they don’t want to go jail for some crazy reason.
