So yes he is much better off than he would have been without the vaccine. It’s not hard to understand why. The vaccines taught his body via antibodies, B and T cells how to fight the virus before he was ever exposed and now that he has been his body is well primed to fight it and win. Without the vaccine he would have had to decouple against a novel virus those immunity functions while the virus multiples exponentially in his cells. A head start is way better than no start it’s not hard to understand why for all expect those conspiracy whackjobs which FR is full of its no wonder the rest of the world thinks Americans are morons we have Alex Jones types and fools that follow them.

That’s all great and generally true, but we DO NOT know how he would have fared w/o vaccine.
The TRUTH is MANY of us get COVID and have no such thing as hospitalization - before vaccines. Hence, like my elderly mother, Graham could’ve just had exactly what he’s feeling now - no threat.
My MIL did die of it - Jan 6 no less. But out of the people I know who did get it, she is the only death and the only hospitalization from it. Even my mom’s elderly friend, who started it for our family (and is overweight/obese, but not like my MIL), was hospitalized for bad urinary problems (she’s had medical trouble the whole time COVID was active) and incidentally tested pos for COVID. She really had no problem from it and mostly was treated for her UTI issues, then released.
It is far from guaranteed one is going to really suffer from COVID, unvaccinated.
Dems love false premises - that should be their motto. The premise they push here is “it’s the most dangerous disease ever!” which is NOT true.
