Why would these vaccines be more likely to promote ADE than any other vaccine when they work using similar mechanisms by introducing foreign proteins into the body to trigger an immune response?

No one should be surprised by the quick development of newly infectious variants of any coronavirus. It's what they're really good at. That's why we need new flu shots every year and why they sometimes work and sometimes do not.

Because that's what COVID-19 is: simply a more virulent form of a flu virus.

What's more destructive than the disease is the government induced panic being used to justify massive economic wreckage, seizure of more and more of the economy by government and political dictatorship.
