There were 3 particular violent young men who ended up in Houston. HPD put a bounty out on them . Essentially told the Houston gangs that if they want to collect, they needed to hunt them down. After a couple of days, they went back to NOLA.
They did. I had to flee the apartment I was living in at the time. That was the last apartment I ever lived in.
