1) Why are you giving vaccinations to your patients since trust is an issue?
And...
Federal PREP Act Liability Protections for COVID-19 Vaccination
B) Why is that the people you're do impatient with ate the ONLY ones left with NO recourse in the event of injury or death?
To wit, from the link...
The Federal PREP Act provides liability protection to local health departments and their employees for “Recommended Activities” associated with “Covered Countermeasures” such as administering FDA-authorized vaccines. The “sole exception” to the PREP Act’s liability protection is for death or injury caused by a Covered Person’s willful misconduct. Absent willful misconduct, an injured party’s only remedy is to seek compensation through the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). Thus, the Federal PREP Act provides liability protection to local health departments and their employees for prescribing and administering FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccines as well as for supervising and administering COVID-19 vaccination programs.
IOW, we're screwed.
Note to our de facto NHS: You can take your impatience and shove it up your collective ***.
1) Why AREN’T you offering vaccinations to your patients since trust is an issue?
Last I checked, NYS was still not allowing primary care providers to offer CoupFlu vaccinations.
WTH is that, eh?
