This sounds like the infamous line from France’s Marie Antionette, “The peasants have no bread? Let them eat cake.”

The peasants ultimately chopped off the calloused and arrogant, royal woman’s head in the French Revolution in 1793.

This SD governor should be calling out the tyrants by demanding the science data they claim is driving the tyranny.

Here, the woman governor is sounding completely out of touch with the furious anger of everday people who are smart enough to realize the massive scam taking place.

I hate to tell you this, but Marie Antoinette never said that, nor was she “calloused and arrogant”. That line about eating cake arose out of the Leftist propaganda of the day. Moreover, Marie may have been naive and ingenuous, but she not uncaring.

You get my vote. It’s called looking out for the little guy which is a losing strategy in today’s world.
