She doesn’t get it.
She gets it. If vaccine is required for your job you either get the shots or quit. Your choice.
She is telling employers "Good Luck finding qualified workers if you demand a vaccinated workforce."
While at the same time telling workers "There are many employers who will value your skills over your vax status."
She’s just saying that people have other options. If employers are doing this crap, then they have plenty of other job opportunities. I don’t see anything wrong with what she posted. ?
