How can that happen? If he’s two years into a 49 million dollar contract, he still has 35 million in future income. Did he have debts exceeding that future income? Do bankruptcy laws take into account future income in determining whether he can declare bankruptcy, as opposed to just paying his debts from future income?
Don’t know. A bunch may have been upfront, and he’s burned through it gambling and living well beyond his means. The house was foreclosed, and his pregnant wife & baby were/are being forced out while he was partying in Europe. Just a stupid ******.
