I am thinking that the plan, here, is for massive tax penalties to be imposed by Congress for failing to “vaccinate”. These will be both corporate and personal. Upsides for the Dems:
1) More taxes
2) Conservatives and Republicans hit hardest
3) No penalties for Dem blocks, since they don’t pay taxes, anyway

This may represent a paradigm shift for the Dems. Assuming that only those going on the needle will, in the end, live - this gets the Dems the hard working, tax paying Americans as followers, who need the government needle to survive. The Dem voting blocks, of late, have not been able to put out much, so this is a step up in the Democrat Slave class.
