Does he wonder why the Food and Drug Administration still hasn't cleared any of the so-called "vaccines" beyond "emergency use"? There are certain loopholes baked into the cake of "emergency use only" that limits the government's liability for damages.
Its really amazing how so many nowadays just panic before they do any actual research or study on just what in the Hell is happening here.
A person willing to sit down and read for 2 hours is going to know far more than most government bullshit artists like Peppermint Patty or Lunchbucket Joey outta Scranton.

So does that mean that once the item is no longer under EUA (and then can be made mandatory), that the government would be liable for damages?
Would this be the reason they are trying to circumvent the “EUA item can’t be made mandatory”, and mandate it while it is under EUA?
