I've been reading so many contradictory claims about this issue that I don't know what to believe. One study says virtually all of the hospitalizations and deaths are of the unvaccinated, another study shows that some of the hospitalizations and deaths are of the vaccinated, and yet another study shows that most of the hospitalizations and deaths are of the vaccinated.
The sample size of these studies varies considerably, ranging from a single hospital to tens of thousands of cases.

I have no idea what to believe on a national/world scale. It's possible, however, to find sites on the web that will tell you what you want to believe about any issue. There’s so much bullshit out there. I have done the things that make sense with regard to covid. I have been taking vitamins that build your immune system for years. I eat healthy, keep the weight off and exercise regularly. I figure that I have a 99.5% chance of making a full recovery from covid. My chances with taking the jab are a huge unknown. Consequently, I will remain part of the control group.
