Too bad it’s Calif. He won’t get the death penalty he deserves.

He'll get sentenced, but then he'll sit in a cell on Death Row for the next 40 years, or until he dies of old age. There are men at San Quentin that were sentenced to death in 1980 who are still awaiting their execution date. They are no closer to their appointment with the needle than the day they arrived at the prison. Endless appeals funded by taxpayers. It's a sick, broken system of 'justice'. A scandal.
