It’s a loud violent movie, might not have been noticeable in the surround sound barrage of on screen shooting.
There is way more to this story them we are being told. Total speculation, I wonder if the killer was in on it and was supposed to scare them while they filmed it. Or maybe he was a stalker assuming they posted about it. Something is obviously odd about the story.

The only way that makes sense is if all of the other 4 people were in on it. Nothing else.
