I am just posting what the CDC reports, for everyone’s situational awareness. I don’t make population estimates myself - just report theirs.

Their analysis would require them to get in the weeds of the demographics of the population, slicing and dicing sub-groups, but I pretty much only report on the age group categories that they break out in their daily report.
