Mind my own business? If you post an article on FR you are inviting people to comment. Now and again you will get a comment you don't agree with. It's part of the gig. But you have punched the tar baby, and so you will get the benefit of my wisdom, willy-nilly.

“In the United States, the use and possession of cannabis is illegal under federal law for any purpose, by way of the Controlled Substances Act of 1970. Under the CSA, cannabis is classified as a Schedule I substance, determined to have a high potential for abuse and no accepted medical use – thereby prohibiting even medical use of the drug.”

Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution provides:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Notwithstanding various state laws, therefore, marijuana use is illegal and it is an illegal drug. It is part of the lawlessness and corruption of the federal government and the Department of Justice that these federal laws are not generally enforced.

The sum of the matter is that Mr. Daniels is not “Legally guarding legally grown and sold pot.”

Is there any support for the Constitution among MAGA folks?

Oh, well, never mind the Constitution. It is said:

“... people should be able to smoke pot if they want. It’s about maximum individual freedom. If you don’t want to smoke it, then don’t smoke it, but don’t try to tell others they can’t.”

“... people should be able to smoke pot shoot heroin if they want. It’s about maximum individual freedom. If you don’t want to smoke shoot it, then don’t smoke shoot it, but don’t try to tell others they can’t.”

“... people should be able to smoke pot drop acid if they want. It’s about maximum individual freedom. If you don’t want to smoke drop it, then don’t smoke drop it, but don’t try to tell others they can’t.”

and so on, through meth, fentanyl, etc., etc.

There are a lot of problems in the world: wars, starvation, abortion, prostitution, homosexuality, STD's, cancer, diabetes, organized crime, slavery, election theft, alcoholism, and on and on and on. If you do one thing, you give up doing anything else for the duration. If you spend an hour and fifty dollars on an effort to relieve hunger, you cannot spend that same hour and that same fifty dollars trying to stop abortions or cancer, or anything else. So whatever you do is for you the most important thing at that time.

Apparently there are people who say:

It would be a good thing if slavery [which still exists in Mohammedan countries and in Africa] were abolished, but better than that is to get stoned. So I will spend my time and money on weed.

I'd be happy if organized crime were stopped, but it would be even better to get wasted. I'll spend my time and money working to make weed legal.

Our country needs to have honest elections, but rather than spend time and money contributing to an effort to achieve that, I will spend my time and money getting stoned out of my gourd. It's more important.

God made Bach and Mozart to write music; but God made me to get stoned! Florence Nightingale and Mother Teresa can tend to sick people; I get wasted.

How dare those Mohammedans and Communists claim that Americans are decadent! They know nothing!

Life is Good!

I was saying its none of your business if somebody chooses to smoke pot, and its not. But apparently what you’re telling everybody with that long boring post is that you’re the tyrant leftist government snitch who just cannot live and let live and leave people be. I bet in high school you were the little scumbag tattle-tale that would tell on others for smoking in the boys room and/or any other rules transgressions you find or manufacture against your betters. Hmmmm sounds like you’d make a great FBI agent in today’s Fascist Bureau of Investigation. LOL what a snitch scumbag you just exposed yourself as.

Thanks for your wisdom, just so you know mr drama queen snitch, I don’t give a crap what you say about anything. Also, I didn’t say anything about heroin or any other drugs those were your words not mine, my statement is about pot only so don’t try make claims about what I said that are not true. I seems you’re not just a scumbag snitch, but a liar as well. You would be a great FBI agent, is your name Clinesmith by any chance?

Pot is a weed that grows naturally. Pot is the finest and most effective natural pain killer there is; much better than chemically manufactured pain killers that big pharma get people addicted too (Oxycotin for instance). Pot is the best natural sleep aid; much better than the chemically manufactured pain killers that big pharma get people addicted too. THC is one of the best natural anti-oxcidents in the world; much more effective than radiation treatments or Kemo because with THC cancer treatments only the cancer cells get killed the healthy cells are not harmed. THC is also an effective treatment against cataracts (sp).

I knew a neuro-surgeon years ago - (he saved my Mother’s life, that’s how I got to know him) - who once told me his story about working with medical researchers to pay his way through school, this was in the days before computers and word processors, his job was to type up their research papers. One of them was a long term study of the benefits of THC use. One of the benefits the study found was for people who smoked one joint a week was an 80% decrease in ones chances of getting Alzheimers. Is that true, I do not know because he said the study was never published, the AMA, FDA and some other Govt agencies at that time would not allow peer review or publishing of papers dealing with the benifits of THC use, apparently, like you, those agencies were run by morons who still believe the movie Reefer Madness was an accurate depiction of the effects of pot smoking.
