These moratoriums have always violated the constitutional rights against the seizure of personal property. If you happen to live in one of the states where they are doing this then it is happening regardless of what happens at the federal level. Imagine that some landlords have not received rent in a year and a half. Some of those landlord only have one or two rentals. Those landlords have been totally destroyed. The government picks a certain group of people and says they get to be ruined. What could be any more evil or unconstitutional than that? Every official involved in this... All of their property and finances should be confiscated and given to the landlords whose lives have been ruined.
